Education and Well-Being Lead Teacher - Rhia Skuse
Rhia is a qualified teacher with experience working in specialist schools. She is empathetic and caring and understands the experience of families supporting children with needs.
School Manager -Peter Davies
Pete has a BSc and considerable experience in SEN/Autism support. Peter has that rare quality of strength together with a gentle manner and has worked for the school group for a number of years. Our pupils will always be in good hands with Pete around.
Lead Teacher -Karl Davies
Karl is a qualified teacher with an extensive teaching experience leading a department and has also had a long and successful career as an accomplished artist and children’s book illustrator. Karl has a terrific “think outside the box” approach!
Primary Lead Teacher - Seb Leer
Seb is an experienced, qualified teacher with a calm and relaxed classroom manner. He is passionate about creating fun and exciting learning experiences and developing self-belief in the children. Seb has a great love of music and art and is very creative!
KS3 Lead Teacher - Nathan Barnes
Nathan is an experienced and qualified teacher wo is calm, fun, and always looking for new ways for pupils to learn and succeed. Nathan has a love for all sports and is a keen basketball and rugby coach, as well as being a trained football referee.
Teacher -Chris Bush
Chris has been a primary school teacher for 9 years, gaining his PGCE qualification at Kingston University. Prior to this, he achieved an undergraduate degree in Sport Science at St. Mary's University College, Twickenham. Chris has always pursued his love for table tennis and has travelled extensively around the UK competing in major competitions. He is keen to bring these skills and experiences to the Annexe and inspire the next generation!

BA(Hons) Creative & Therapeutic Arts - experienced TA with children with Autism. Jess has worked with younger and older autistic children in relation to therapeutic arts. Jess is passionate about creative inclusivity and a holistic approach to supporting children and young people.
Learning Support Assistant - Tiffany London
Our fun loving bus driver! Tiffany is a support assistant with ALN experience who brings laughter and fun to every day. Tiffany enjoys being active and the great outdoors. She is very creative and enjoys working on projects with children across the school.

Russ is a experienced support worker in social care and ALN. Russ loves running and cooking and is a friendly and
calm support to our students.

Anna has worked in healthcare supporting children and young people and has also worked as an LSA in schools. Anna is a kind, sociable and very family-orientated person who is a fabulous pool player!
